Resumen
El siguiente artículo tiene como finalidad acercar al lector a los pro-
nunciamientos realizados por la Corte Interamericana de Derechos
Humanos sobre la reparación integral de víctimas en el contexto
del conflicto armado en Colombia. Se quiere, en primer lugar, dar a
conocer las generalidades del Sistema Interamericano de Derechos
Humanos, los estándares de la reparación integral en la materia y el
desarrollo de la reparación en la jurisprudencia de la Corte Intera-
mericana de Derechos Humanos, teniendo en cuenta que, dentro del
contexto colombiano, el asunto es bastante complejo en el marco de la
justicia transicional. Este escrito surge a partir de la siguiente pregunta
de investigación: ¿Cuáles son los estándares que sustentan la reparación
integral de las víctimas de desaparición forzada, en el marco del con-
flicto armado, a partir de las decisiones de la Corte Interamericana de
Derechos Humanos?

INTEGRAL REPARATION FOR VICTIMS, WITHIN THE
FRAMEWORK OF THE ARMED CONFLICT IN COLOMBIA
Abstract
The text aims to teach the reader about the pronouncements made
by the Inter-American Court of Human Rights, hereinafter the In-
ter-American Court, in everything related to comprehensive repara-
tion to victims, in the context of the armed conflict in Colombia. We
want, in the first place, to make known the generalities of the In-
ter-American Human Rights System (hereinafter the Inter-American
System), the standards of comprehensive reparation in the matter, and
the development of reparations in the jurisprudence of the Inter-Ame-
rican Court. Bearing in mind that in the Colombian context the matter
is quite complex in the framework of transitional justice, this paper
arises from the following research question: What are the standards
that support the integral reparation of the victims of enforced disa-
ppearance, in the context of the armed conflict, based on the decisions
of the Inter-American Court of Human Rights?
