The Institutional Review Investigium Ire, was born as a space
for interdisciplinary scientic publication After a break in the
magazine publishing reprises his road revaluing its content
and encouraging academic and research community to be
part of this eort The present edition of an institutional project that
frames the new prole of our publication addressed to the academic
community, research and professional, but now, in the context of
management science and accounting. Whenever you do not forget
your foundation; Thomist thought which are at the service of science
and the formation of man as a citizen comprehensive and integrated
society.
The magazine oers a serial annual scientic under the responsibility
of the Division of Management and Accounting from St. Thomas
University Tunja sectional. Its main objective, the dissemination
of the results of original, unpublished and completed research
projects for the management science and accounting, which are
interdisciplinary, humanistic and social projection.
In Vestigium Magazine N. Ire 4 presents investigations deliberating
about creative accounting practices against the public accountant’s
professional ethics and their social management mechanisms
to challenge poverty levels in Colombia. The Emergence and

presents reections on social and public policy the primacy of the

Thus St. Thomas University, sectional Tunja, through investigative

consistent with the objective of our magazine, which enrich the
discussion academic and interdisciplinary dialogue result of scientic
development and practice.
