personal.

ABSTRACT
The following article thinks of the theorist and dogmatic relati-
ve justication to the specialized judjememnt to girls, boys and tee-
nagers which is imposed in the International Rights Declaration of
Human Rights from the perspective of a warranted conception of the
process. The key of this justication would be marked by the new
paradigm imposed by the Children`s Right International Convention
and for the value axes in which it has been constituted, i.e. to concei-
ve the child as a subject of rights and his/her necessary ideological
essence: personal autonomy.
