EDITORIAL
The VIA INVENIDENDI ET IUDICANDI magazine is a scientific magazine with a
national and international perspective, with juries from Argentina, Chile, Spain and
Colombia. Unedited articles, produced by investigation, revision and academic
reflection in the different areas of law are published.
The received and approved articles that are published in the 13th edition were
written by investigators from different universities.
From the investigative advances in “A comparative approach between the
Colombian state council and the French state council” by Andrés Rodriguez
Gutierrez of the Santo Tomas University, the different functions of the Colombian
and French state councils are studied.
Another article of investigation refers to the “The development of forced
disappearance and its special elements of configuration in Colombia” by
Jaime Alberto Sandoval mesa, professor and investigator of the faculty of law from
the Universidad Militar Nueva Granada, Bogotá.
