Abstract
The article reveals the main principles of
globalization of the educational space in the EU
countries and Great Britain through radical
information reformation. The action plan, which
includes the six dimensions disclosed in the
article, is of great importance from 2020 to 2025
for the formation of the European Education
Area (European Education Area), in the
conditions of the COVID-19 pandemic and for
the development of innovativeness. Measures
developed by the European Commission to
achieve the specified dimensions are proposed
