Abstract: In the industry, many stages of production are carried out automatica-
lly, while in the judicial process, the procedural acts are carried out manually by
the judge, secretary and parties. Throughout history, automation has set physical
devices in motion, but today it is possible to implement it in the process thanks to
articial intelligence; Thus, the procedure would not be carried out in the traditional
way with the direct intervention of the judicial personnel that gives it impetus, but
rather it would be managed by itself in search of greater eciency. This means
using articial intelligence with the undeniable challenges it represents.
