Abstract
Mankind is facing new civilizational problems
(management of global processes, environmental
safety, health care, etc.). A significant role in
their solution is given to international
organizations, interstate legal systems. Analysis
of actions to solve global proble ms raises before
legal science questions about the real capabilities
of international organizations, interstate legal
systems, their ability to adequately respond to
globalization challenges, the need to clarify their
role in the new reality, as well as t heir nature,
form, and significance. This is a new model of
interaction between states within the
international system, which could ensure not
only their cooperation b ut also integration
through a new institutional mechanism and
system of legal acts. The study uses universal and
European international legal acts (in particular,
sources of law) and other documents that offer a
description of their nature, form, signi ficance,
ability to adequately respond to the globalization
challenges of today. The main in the researc h
process were: globalization approach, logical
methods, general theoretical, sociological,
comparative law, and international legal
methodology. An analysis of the provisions of
international, foreign, and Ukrainian legal
science, sources of law, and legal practice
revealed that modern international organizations
arose in connection with the need to ensure the

Перед людством постал и нові цивілізаційні
проблеми (управління загальносвітовими
процесами, безпеки довкілля, охорони
здоров’я, та ін). Важлива роль у їх розв’язанні
відводиться міжнародним організаціям,
міждержавним правовим системам. Аналіз дій
щодо розв’язання глобальних проблем ставить
перед правовою наукою питання про реальні
можливості міжнародних організацій,
міждержавних правових систем, про їхню
здатність адекватно реаг увати на
глобалізаційні виклики, про необхідність
з’ясування їх ролі у новій реальності, а також
про їх природу, форму, значущість. Йдеться
про нову модель взаємодії держав у межах
міжнародної системи, яка могла б забезпечити
не лише їхнє співробітництво, а й інтеграцію
завдяки новому інституційному механізму та
системі правових актів. У дослідженні
використані універсальні та європейські
міжнародно-правові акти (зокрема, джерела
права) та інші документи, які дозво ляють
запропонувати характеристику ї х природи,
форми, значущості, можливостей адекватно
реагувати на глобалізаційні виклики
сучасності. Основними у процесі дослідження
стали: глобаліза ційний підхід, логічн і
прийоми, загальнотеоретична, соціологічна,
порівняльно-правова та міжнародно-правова
