RESUMEN
El artículo presentó una descripción del estudio de las sentencias anticipatorias y la participación que tienen en la protección
-
dencia de las sentencias anticipatorias en el otorgamiento de la tutela jurisdiccional, dando la pauta para emplearse en asuntos
de verdadera urgencia y que se caractericen por el peligro en la demora en la prestación jurisdiccional. Por ende, el alcance
de dicha investigación recae en la protección inmediata de derechos fundamentales, a través del empleo de instrumentos
que vienen a complementar a la tutela ordinaria. Con apego para dicha investigación de los métodos deductivo, estructural,
sistemático y fenomenológico y, aplicando técnicas como la documental y telemática. Deduciendo entonces la protección
efectiva que puede otorgarse al hacer uso de las sentencias anticipatorias como medida de protección inmediata de derechos
fundamentales.

EFFECTIVE JUDICIAL PROTECTION: PROTECTION OF FUNDAMENTAL
RIGHTS BY THE ANTICIPATORY JUDGMENTS
ABSTRACT
The paper presents a description of the study of anticipatory judgments and participation with the protection of fundamental
judgments in granting judicial protection, giving pattern for use in matters of real urgency and which are characterized by
the danger in delay in adjudication. Thus, the scope of the investigation is in the immediate protection of fundamental rights
through the use of instruments that complement the ordinary guardianship. With attachment for the investigation of deductive,
structural, systematic and phenomenological methods and applying techniques such as documentary and telematics. Then
deducing the effective protection that may be granted by making use of anticipatory judgments as a measure of immediate
protection of fundamental rights.
